As I write, here in the northern Philippines, I am on the edge of a tropical storm,  very wet and windy but nowhere near the severity of Hurricane Dorian.  A few weeks back we got through Typhoon Bailu with just very bad flooding so I have some appreciation of what our colleague will be experiencing

I am sure all of us are thinking  of the people who will be affected.  I hope everyone and their families come through it safely, and of course all stamp collections and dealer inventory is dry.

Take care   Michael
