Hello, just a thought again, is the corona virus situation impacting your business? It will be different for us around the world I am sure, but I am wondering. I heard from one member this morning how he was getting his domestic mail delivered in a few days. I am green with envy and I know my customers would be too. Here in the Philippines I have had no mail for 10 weeks and I dread to think how slow mail is from here. I am very lucky because my customers (well mostly) are extremely patient and know the stamps will arrive one day. What have you experienced? How do you handle the comments you get from customers? Do you send regular email updates to them. I do but I found they are not even read sometimes.
Anyway, I hope everyone is safe and healthy and coping. Lets look forward to some improvement in the world postal services in the months ahead.
